Before placing an order, please review the following return and refund policy.
Most sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
The product is defective, or
You received the wrong item due to an error on our part.
We do not accept any returns without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
We encourage all customers to double-check their order details before submitting — especially part numbers and specifications.
You may be eligible for an exchange or replacement only if:
The item you received is defective or non-functional, or
You received an incorrect item (wrong part shipped), and
You notify us within 2 calendar days of receiving your order, and
The item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging, and
You can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation), and
You obtain prior written authorization from our team before returning anything.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect item ordered by the customer
Items damaged during shipping
Requests made more than 2 days after delivery
While we do our best to package items securely, we are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers.
If your item arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the damage and packaging immediately upon delivery.
File a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier.
You may still contact us — while we cannot guarantee a resolution, we will do our best to help where possible.
If you believe your item qualifies for exchange or replacement:
Email us at sales@primelinesupplyco.com within 2 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos showing the issue (if applicable)
If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Please do not send anything back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
If your exchange is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your return.
