Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders that meet the following minimums:

• Canada & USA: Free shipping on orders $350 USD or more

• Mexico: Free shipping on orders $500 USD or more

Free shipping applies to standard-sized items only. Oversized, heavy, or skid-shipped items may be excluded from free shipping eligibility.

 

What is Considered Standard-Sized?

To qualify for free ground shipping, items must meet all of the following criteria:

• Weigh 30 lbs or less

• Fit within a 12” x 12” x 12” box or smaller

• Do not require palletization or freight handling

If an item exceeds any of these limits, it may be considered:

• Oversized: Larger than 12x12x12 inches

• Heavy: Weighs more than 30 lbs

• Skid-Shipped: Requires palletized shipping via LTL carrier

Shipping charges for these items will be calculated at checkout or quoted manually by our team.

Free Shipping Eligibility & Order Review

All orders are reviewed before fulfillment. In some cases, even if free shipping is applied at checkout, the order may not ultimately qualify due to size, weight, or packaging requirements.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping after review:

• You will be contacted and given the option to approve the additional shipping charge

• Or, you may choose to cancel the order without penalty

Orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria and remain unresolved may not be processed until we receive your confirmation.

We currently ship to:

• All provinces and territories in Canada

• All 50 states in the USA

• Nationwide across Mexico

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed same day, but can take up to 1–2 business days, depending on order urgency and warehouse availability

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

• Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships

 

Carriers & Methods

We ship using major parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Larger or skid-shipped orders may be delivered via freight carriers depending on the item type and destination.

 

Duties & Tariffs

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country’s customs authority. This applies even if your order qualifies for free shipping. PrimeLine Supply does not cover these charges under any circumstances.
