This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
Coverage Period:
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date or 90 days from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
Eligible Products:
This warranty applies only to products explicitly marked as “warranty-eligible” at the time of purchase. Eligibility will be noted on product pages, packaging, or invoices.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
Products used in racing, competition, or extreme-duty applications (unless otherwise stated)
Consequential or incidental damages, including labor, towing, or downtime
To initiate a claim, please email support@primelinesupplyco.com with the following information:
Original order number or invoice
Product name and part number
Description of the defect
Photos or videos documenting the issue
Date of installation (if applicable) and installer details
In some cases, we may require the product to be returned for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved or processed.
If a defect is confirmed and the claim is approved, PrimeLine will, at its sole discretion:
Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent item, or
Issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges)
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. PrimeLine reserves the right to amend or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without notice.
